Este emocionante desarrollo surge de un litigio iniciado por el abogado y escritor Ulrich Richter Morales hace 6 a\u00f1os, quien desenmascar\u00f3 la presencia legal de Google en M\u00e9xico, contradiciendo las afirmaciones anteriores de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las cuatro marcas de Google canceladas por el IMPI demuestran que la empresa estadounidense s\u00ed tiene presencia legal en M\u00e9xico, contradiciendo su afirmaci\u00f3n anterior para evitar juicios en el pa\u00eds. Este conflicto legal surgi\u00f3 cuando Google se neg\u00f3 a retirar un blog de su sitio que difund\u00eda noticias falsas sobre Richter; el juicio est\u00e1 actualmente en curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>\u00a1NO DEJES QUE TE PASE!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las marcas canceladas abarcaban servicios y productos de la industria tecnol\u00f3gica, as\u00ed como otros de diversas categor\u00edas, b\u00e1lsamos labiales, productos de limpieza para ropa, objetos de madera, marfil, \u00e1mbar, conchas y espejos; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n servicios de donaci\u00f3n a organizaciones empresariales, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Direcci\u00f3n Divisional de Protecci\u00f3n Intelectual del IMPI aplic\u00f3 la caducidad a los registros de Google con los n\u00fameros y nombres: M.1251072 Google y Dise\u00f1o Google; 976381 Google; M.1355410 Double click By Google y Dise\u00f1o Close; y M.1245975 Google y Dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En respuesta a las resoluciones del IMPI, un portavoz de Google en M\u00e9xico declar\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cEste lunes conocimos, a trav\u00e9s de diversos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, las desafortunadas resoluciones emitidas por el IMPI sobre algunos registros de marcas de Google. Las resoluciones reci\u00e9n fueron notificadas oficialmente a Google ayer. Google ha sido declarada marca famosa en M\u00e9xico y en muchos pa\u00edses del mundo. Estas resoluciones no afectan nuestra capacidad de continuar ofreciendo excelentes productos y servicios.
